Reports are claiming that former President Bill Clinton made insensitive remarks about then-Senator Barack Obama during the 2008 Presidential Campaign.

Clinton allegedly made the insensitive remark to Senator Ted Kennedy in 2008, while trying to convince him to endorse Hillary for the Democratic nomination, according to the New Yorker. Allegedly he said:

“A few years ago, this guy would have been carrying our bags.”

Clinton and President Obama are said to have clashed after President Obama won the bid for Democratic presidential nominee over Clinton’s wife.
